My Kitchen...

Made with my signature recipe that delivers the perfect cookie every single time, these sweet creations are where flavor meets artistry. Each cookie is topped with a smooth, delicious layer of royal icing that adds just the right touch of sweetness—never too much, always just enough. From the very first mix to the final delicate detail, every step is done with care and intention, transforming a simple treat into something truly magical.

Each cookie is approximately ½ inch thick and approximately 3 inches wide, making it the perfect bite-sized canvas. Whether adorned with intricate piping or accented with hand-painted designs, every cookie is a unique work of edible art. It’s not just a dessert—it’s a little piece of joy, made to delight both the eyes and the taste buds.

Each cookie is gently cooled, decorated with care, and allowed to dry in a clean, controlled environment, ensuring every detail is preserved in perfect form. Once complete, each one is heat-sealed in a bakery cello bag to lock in its freshness.

Gluten-free and Dairy-free options are available.  Dietary cookies are prepared separately using dedicated tools and sanitized surfaces to ensure both safety and quality.

My Story:

I have always loved baking cookies and decorating them!  For many years, I have made specialty cookies for friends, parties, and group events. I find it so much fun to create something cute and creative that tastes great!  A few months ago, my friends finally convinced me to step outside my circle and start selling. So here I am!

About the Baker...

In 2014, we became gluten-free as a family.  At first, it was difficult to weed out all the gluten and processed food from our diet.  It definitely set me on an adventure to find the best gluten-free recipes and ingredients that taste good.  After I mastered the gluten-free aspect of cooking at high altitudes, it was only natural to go dairy free! Now it is second-hand nature to cook and bake with vegan butter and oat milk ingredients, as well as gluten-free!  Oh! I do use eggs in my baked goods, so if that is an issue please understand my cookies do contain eggs.   

 

Of course, not everyone is a fan of the special diet.  So if you are not a fan, I also bake for customers using fully loaded ingredients.  These gluten-fied and dairy baked goods are made on a separate day with special consideration to not cross-contaminate bakeware or countertops for my special diet recipes. 

 

My Promise

With my cookie creations, I strive to create exactly as you want.  Of course,  it’s always a good idea to be as detailed as possible with descriptions of what you wish to order.  A photo of what you’re wanting is even better! I will always be honest with the details. If I do not think I can give you the best product based on what you want, I will help come up with an alternative or refer you to someone else.
